Tile and Grout Cleaning Costs: 


Between 35 cents and 60 cents per sq. ft. for cleaning....depending on the amount of sq. ft. and the degree of soiling and the type of soiling.


Tile and Grout Sealing Costs:



Between 20 cents and 50 cents per sq. ft for sealing....depending on tile size and type/style and amount of sq. ft..


Remember! Any hard surface can be cleaned, lino, apartment patios, decks, pools, pool decks, 
concrete floors, stone, slate, bathrooms, showers, kitchens.

* POOLS and POOL DECKS   A minimum of 2 acid treatments and a hydro-force cleaning is included  in our pricing for pools and pool decks with heavy minerization deposits. Additional costs may apply.  Call us today for a free quote.


Most household tile cleaning jobs come in  around 60 - 80 cents/sq. ft. for both cleaning and sealing.
         
                 For smaller jobs..... remember we have a $90.00 minimum service charge.
